The TIEMS 2022 Hybrid Annual Conference took place from 17 to 21 October 2022 at Kennesaw State University in the Atlanta, Georgia, USA, with 271 attendees from 38 countries in person and online! The conference was hosted by the TIEMS-USA Chapter (https://tiemsusa.com/), and this year's main topic was “Challenges in Emergency Management - Toward 2030 and Beyond”.This year, the conference was hybrid, with both physical and virtual participation.Session 5 on Day 2 (chaired by George Markowsky, TIEMS) of the conference played host to the IMPETUS Project with presentations from:

• Joe Levy (CINEDIT) on the Weapon Detection Tool,

• Maria Mirada (INSIKT Intelligence) on the Social Media Detection Tool,

• Ron Ofer (Sixgill) on the Cyber Security Detection Tool,

• Osman Ibrahim (Oslo Kommune) on Experiences from the IMPETUS Live Test in the City of Oslo

• Bruno Bonomini (Commune di Padova) on Experiences from the IMPETUS Live Test in the City of Padova
